DELIVERY - Shopping at Spoil Me couldn't be easier.   We offer free delivery to all UK mainland  addresses, and at the moment we only deliver to the UK.

With a 2-3 day delivery service, Orders placed after 12.00pm weekdays, or on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

All Goods will be sent with Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Please provide us with a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery.

RETURNS

Returns policy: We make every effort to ensure all goods are dispatched in excellent condition.  However, should there be a problem or fault with any of our goods please return them to us in the original packing within seven days.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.

For all returns please email us at  contact@spoilme.co.uk  with your order number and  reason why you are returning your goods.

It is recommended, that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.  Please ensure you keep proof of postage.

REFUNDS

We can only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.

All successfully returned items will be only credited to the card used to originally purchase the items. We are unable to refund any postal/shipping charges.
